Firstly, let me introduce myself - My name is Eric Dennis and I have lived in the Calgary area for more than 25 years - meaning that I could be considered quite an expert when it comes to the happenings of the city of Calgary as a whole. Prior to moving to Calgary, I lived in B.C. for about 6 years owning and operating a window washing company.

In 2000, I decided to return to Calgary and decided that a career in real estate would become my next career move.

Since starting a career in Calgary Real Estate, I have worked hard to achieve many top performing awards including being voted by my CIR Realty peers as the "Best REALTOR® Of The Year", Ruby Award, Silver Award and numerous 100% club awards.

My success within the Calgary Real Estate market is due to opportunities I had working with many Calgarians during their home buying and selling experiences. I pride myself in being in a service industry that's ultimate goal is to help clients, however I always strive to keep my clients best interests at heart.

While I continually seek to develop new client relationships, a large portion of my business comes from past Calgary clients and referrals, which I believe speaks volumes about my performance and customer service. Read my testimonials and references to learn how I was able to assist past clients.

I also believe in being well informed in my business. In 2006 I completed the Calgary Real Estate Board course, Certified Calgary Condominium Specialist (C.C.S.). The advantages of taking this course have been numerous, however, the main benefit is that I can better service the growing urban buyers who have specific condo needs.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell a Calgary condo, there are so many factors that need to be considered; much more than with a single family home. Calgary condo ownership is a growing entity of the Calgary Real Estate market and currently consists of more than 30% of the market share. Having a C.C.S. designation provides me with a more indepth and extensive knowledge of the Calgary condo market and how to properly represent my clients in these types of sales.

In my spare time, when I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family or getting frustrated playing a round of golf.
